Ozark Gold |

|
The Ozark Gold, originally from Missouri (USA), started to spread around the 70s. It is a very interesting cultivar both for its productivity and for the lack of russeting. The skin is yellow while the flesh, cream-colored, is firm, delicate, with a weak acidity and a medium sweet flavor. Due to its bruise sensitivity, it is recommended to avoid too much handling. |

The Gala Group is a summer variety, originally from New Zealand. It has good organoleptic properties and is particularly interesting for the high productivity and the excellent agronomic characteristics, even though in the flat country the fruits may have some color imperfections. The Gala apple is medium-sized and characterized by a bicolored (red and yellow) skin. Its flesh is crisp, very firm, with a sweet and thirst-quenching flavor. Compared to the other summer varieties, the Gala apple keeps longer. |

The Fuji variety originally comes, as its name suggests, from Japan, where it is still quite common and appreciated. While in Japan its roots are ancient, it is a recent (80’s) arrival in Europe. |
Red Chief |

The Red Chief apple is considered the apple par excellence. Its red color, its long and narrow shape, and its five rounded tips make it, in the collective imaginary, the perfect apple, from the forbidden fruit in the garden of Eden to Snow White’s poison apple. The solid red skin can be striped and more or less bright according to the soil. |
